The Lonely Lapwing
A solitary Lapwing stands quietly on the crest of a windswept hillside, its delicate form set against an expansive sky and rolling land that stretches beyond the frame. Stripped of colour, the scene becomes more about mood than detail — the soft contrast of cloud, land and light framing a moment of stillness in an otherwise vast and restless landscape.
